About The Director
Before working on film sets, Gilles Tarazi coordinated a film workshop for prisoners in Paris. His long experience as an assistant director includes credits such as Golden Globe winner Carlos by Olivier Assayas, Nafas by Mira Nair and Hadewijch by Bruno Dumont. Co-writer on the Emmy Award winner web-drama Shankaboot, he also directed commercials, music videos and a short film, “Tomorrow, 6:30” that was selected in many festivals around the world.
