Lebanon 2018. Nour, a 30-year Lebanese actress, returns home following the arrest of her father, an established politician who committed a bomb attack. Nour tries to understand her father’s incomprehensible act. What starts as an investigation becomes a quest to overcome two men: her father and her lover.

About The Director

Myriam el Hajj is a filmmaker and actress born in Beirut. She pursued her Master’s degree in Filmmaking and in Theatre Studies in France. Her first feature documentary film, TRÊVE (A time to Rest) was premiered in Visions du Réel and received many awards including the prestigious “Prix Découverte de la SCAM”.

About The Producer

Myriam Sassine majored in cinema studies at ALBA and received her M.A. in cinema research from IESAV. In 2012, she became a Producer at Abbout Productions working on several features. She is the COO of Schortcut Films and the Executive Director of Maskoon Fantastic Film Festival.
