Obsessed by her increasing self awareness, Soad who comes from a conservative family and leads a secret life on Facebook takes her own life after an incident with one of her girlfriends leaving everyone in a state of shock. In the aftermath of her suicide, Soad’s younger sister goes to a journey in search for answers.

Ayten Amin was born in Alexandria, Egypt. She studied Film Criticism in the Cinema Writers’ and Critics’ Association (2001) and cinema independently in Art Lab in the American University in Cairo (2004-2006).
