About The Director
Since 2008, Farah Kassem has been working as a director, editor and D.O.P on several documentaries. Her short “My Father Looks Like Abdel Nasser” was awarded a “Special Mention” at the Dubai International Film Festival 2012. Recently, her short documentaries, “You Make a Better Window” and “Nettoyer Schaerbeek” have premiered at Visions du Réel and DOK Leipzig.
About the Producer
Cynthia Choucair studied cinema at IESAV, USJ. She then worked as editor, director and producer on many Lebanese films and documentaries. In 2007 she founded her production house “Road 2 Films” where she produces fiction and documentary films, and cultural TV programs for local, Arab and European networks. Her award-winning short film “The Chair” was selected in more than 35 festivals worldwide.
